We offer inspections featuring thermal imaging, also known as Infrared Inspections. This can be added to an inspection, or requested as a stand alone service. We use an infrared camera, which allows us to discover problems or potential issues, that would not be discovered by the naked eye.

Examples of items found using thermal imaging:

• Moisture intrusion
• Water leaks
• Insulation issues (or lack thereof)
• Electrical issues
• Pest infestation

One of the great things about this kind of inspection is that without damage to your property, you can research or discover issues that were previously only found through invasive investigation, such as cutting holes in walls, floor, ceiling, etc.
